WINTER INTENSIVE
9-10 JANVIER 2016
Stéphanie Bayle
Workshop
The workshop will start with yoga sequences in order to start the day with a common warm up, focusing and awakening the mind for the work to follow.
Then, through various exercices, we will question the notion of presence : of the performer, of the observed body on stage.
Analyzing the intuition rendered by true presence in order to improve our skills that allow us to act conscioulsy in this very subtle state.

Biographie

The warm up will be based on a guided improvisation that will allow us to come into contact with the body and its own movement.
We will discover together how words can be a driving force of movement, transcending the possibilities of the body, followed by an exploration of dance theatre; how do we create dance from situations taken from real life ? Work on texts, characters and movement will be at the heart of this journey.
